The Rralz Council, formed by 9 members had their first Conference Meeting in which they reformed the actual rulebook by adding new suggestions and more fairer rules.
The contest will now have 4 Semi-Finals instead of groups, and in each of them will be different countries.
The Council also decided to not have anymore pre-qualified countries in the SuperFinal, except of the actual Host country (Previous Winner).
